SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free shipping via UPS Ground is available for orders of more than US$100. The free shipping option applies to all 48 contiguous states in the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, and only for addresses that are UPS-deliverable (no PO Boxes). Under normal circumstances, products ordered before 3:30PM EST will be shipped same-day with best efforts. Delivery to PO Boxes may be delayed. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery to international destinations if USPS shipping is selected.
PRIVACY POLICY
AK GlobalTech respects the privacy of its customers. The retrieval of names, email addresses, and other personal information from customers is used solely by AK GlobalTech to process and ship orders, or to clarify issues with processing; information is not shared, traded, or sold to third parties.
Our website also uses “cookies", which are small files stored by your browser on your hard drive; this is the most common method that online stores use to keep track of your shopping cart items and transactions.

CALIBRATION
Calibration is a periodic procedure that is required by traditional breathalyzers in order to maintain function and accuracy. If you own a handheld AlcoMate breathalyzer not including the Revo, Premium or Prestige, your device must be re-calibrated approximately every 200 tests (1,000 tests for the Revo) or at least once per year, whichever comes first.
You can return your device to the address below along with a check or money order in the amount of US $40 (US $50 for Revo TS200 and Alcoscan / AccuCell AL9000):

If you purchased your breathalyzer from an unapproved re-seller, we may refuse service (including exchanges, refunds and calibration). Unapproved resellers are most likely unable to provide any post-purchase services for you. Buy at your own risk.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
AK GlobalTech Corp warrants AlcoMate products to be free from defects in workmanship or material (excluding re-calibration) under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. AK GlobalTech’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing, adjusting or repairing the unit only if returned along with proof of purchase, complete shipping address, daytime contact phone number and written explanation. The warranty is void of the unit has been tampered with or damaged due to user error. Re-calibration (or sensor module replacement, where applicable) is a required periodic maintenance procedure required of any and all breathalyzers in order to maintain accuracy, and as such, is not a warranty service. Warranty does not include shipping costs to AK GlobalTech. Warranty is non-transferable.
RETURN POLICY
Products purchased at AlcoMate.net are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Our return address is AK GlobalTech Corp, 21 Grand Ave. Suite 102, Palisades Park, NJ 07650.
If your product appears to be defective: Before proceeding, please contact us by phone or email for troubleshooting, if possible. Products confirmed to have a manufacturing defect can be returned for full refund or exchange when postmarked within 30 days of original delivery date. Returned products should be packaged with reasonable padding/protection for sensitive electronics, and a copy of your invoice (or printout of order confirmation email) should be enclosed. Refunds for products confirmed as defective will be processed as a credit posted to the card used for the original purchase, and will include reimbursement for the original shipping fee, if any. Exchanges for products confirmed as defective will include the same shipping service level of the original purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, but may select any service level and carrier for shipment (e.g. USPS 1st Class, an inexpensive option). Please include the phrase Refund Request or Exchange Request in the address block. Processing of refunds and exchanges will be completed generally within 1 week of receipt of your return package, but may take up to several weeks in certain instances; if you require expedited service at no additional charge, please contact us by phone or email once you have estimated the arrival of your package to our facility.
If you are otherwise not satisfied with your purchase: If you wish to return products purchased at AlcoMate.net for any other reason, please ensure that your return package is postmarked within 30 days of original delivery date. Returned products should be packaged with reasonable padding/protection for sensitive electronics, and a copy of your invoice (or printout of order confirmation email) should be enclosed. Refunds for non-defective products will carry a 10% restocking deduction in addition to a shipping reclamation deduction (for orders that were shipped using a free option). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, but may select any service level and carrier for shipment (e.g. USPS 1st Class, an inexpensive option). Processing of refunds and exchanges will be completed generally within 1 week of receipt of your return package, but may take up to several weeks in certain instances; if you require expedited service at no additional charge, please contact us by phone or email once you have estimated the arrival of your package to our facility. Note: If it is determined that the product was damaged by the customer (or excessively used and functional), we may refuse a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
If you purchased your breathalyzer from an unauthorized re-seller, we may refuse service (including exchanges, refunds and calibration). If you have any concerns before purchasing from any store/website, please confirm with that store/website in writing that they are authorized by AK GlobalTech Corp to sell AlcoMate brand products.
